***All Late Applications to Grades 9 & 10 must be received by March 15, 2025.  The applications will shut down after that date.***


New Applicants to grade 9 Applying for the 2025-2026 School Year:

The Early Action Deadline for applications is December 31, 2024.  Applicants with a complete admissions profile are anticipated to be notified of their admissions decision by March.

The Regular Deadline for applications is February 1, 2025.  Applicants with a complete admissions profile are anticipated to be notified of their admissions decision in early April.  

Applications received after February 1, 2025 will be considered Late Applications and will filter into the existing waitlist upon completion.  All late applications must be submitted by March 15, 2025.  The application will shut down after that date.

All applicants will be invited to register for an Admissions Program Day to include a presentation, tour, and Drill Team performance.  All applicants will also complete the required admissions interview while on campus.


New Transfer Applicants to Grade 10 for the 2025 - 2026 school year:

The deadline for all transfer applications to Grade 10 is March 15, 2025.  Processing of all transfer applications for Grade 10 will begin in April of 2025.  All transfer applicants to Grade 10 will be notified electronically of their official placement on the Transfer Wait List upon completion of the admissions requirements, where they will remain for the duration of the admissions cycle.  Acceptance Notifications begin starting in June. 

Please Note:  Notification of an applicant's placement on the Transfer Wait List is the last notification they will receive.  The Office of Admissions will ONLY contact the applicant after that point if there is an update to their admissions status.

Out-of-District Applicants:

All Non-Resident Applicants who reside outside of Norfolk County, must apply by March 15 of the preceding school year. This is based on the town in which you live, not the town in which you attend school.

All Chapter 74 Non-Resident Tuition Applications must be presented to the Superintendent in your town/city of residence, with Part I completed, no later than April 1 of the preceding school year.  This form will be sent to you electronically by Norfolk Aggie using the DocuSign system.  Upon completion of your electronic signature, the form will automatically be sent to your district of residence for their consideration.
